South Central Public Health Partnership

The CDC-funded Centers for Public Health Preparedness (CPHP) Program is a national network of academic institutions working in collaboration with state and local public health departments and other community partners to develop, deliver, and evaluate preparedness education. The SCCPHP works with state and local health agencies in the region to identify individual and organizational-level training needs in bioterrorism, infectious disease including pandemic influenza, food safety, school safety, radiological terrorism, and other areas including vulnerable populations.

North American Research Committee on Multiple Sclerosis (NARCOMS.org)
The NARCOMS Registry is an active database of over 34,000 individuals who have MS. NARCOMS is a project of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers and is supported by grants and in-kind services from United Spinal Association, Paralyzed Veterans Association (PVA), and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Additional support has been provided by unrestricted grants from the following pharmaceutical companies: Berlex, Biogen, Immunex, Serono, and Teva Neuroscience.
